A selection of Madoun’s work in public gallery collections

Syrian artist Ahmad Madoun’s compositions can be found in public inventories at the National Museum of Damascus, the Museum of Modern Art in Damascus, and the Kamel Gallery, among other notable galleries. As well as public venues, this exceptionally gifted artist has an abundance of work in private collections throughout the world.

The artist was heavily influenced by his birthplace of Palmyra. This historically monumental region and its rich history was critical to informing Madoun’s aesthetic.
